Chloe is an Art Psychotherapist and EMDR Accredited therapist who is registered and regulated by the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and the EMDR Association. Chloe’s master’s degree training is rooted in Psychoanalytic theory. Chloe has over 11 years of experience supporting people with mental health difficulties within the NHS and charitable sector. Chloe has experience working with children, adults, and women during the perinatal period.

Chloe is passionate about working with women and mothers who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma reactions, PTSD and complex trauma. Chloe works within a mind-body integrative approach and specialises in working with individuals who are experiencing trauma symptoms, birth trauma, fear of childbirth, flashbacks, depression and anxiety.

Chloe believes in continued professional development and is trained in Art Psychotherapy, Psychotherapy, EMDR therapy, Dyadic Parent-Child therapy, compassion-focused therapy, Systemic Family Therapy (level one), and Narrative Therapy. Chloe has also attended intensive training from the Maudsley Liaison Psychiatry summer school to expand and deepen her theoretical knowledge and practice. Chloe uses her broad training to form a ‘toolbox’ that allows her to provide personalised treatment plans for her clients.

Beth is an Art Psychotherapist and TF-CBT therapist who is registered and regulated with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC), Beth’s master’s degree training is rooted in Psychoanalytic theory. Beth has over 11 years of experience supporting people with mental health difficulties in the voluntary, private and charitable sector. Beth has experience working with children and adults and specialises in anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse and cancer.

Beth is also a Textile Artist working out of her studio just outside of Nottingham, in the UK. Beth loves vibrant colour and bold form, which portray her desire for playfulness in art. Beth’s bright style is also informed by her therapy practice where she uses bold colour and texture to support her clients with grounding, regulation and self-expression.
