Preventing Burnout Starts Here

Over 50% of mental health professionals report experiencing symptoms of burnout at some point in their careers, and the pandemic has redefined burnout for therapists. With increased caseloads, remote work, and vicarious trauma, 60% of mental health professionals now report higher levels of burnout. Our resources, groups, and workshops are designed to ease the load, providing therapists with practical, accessible tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and prevent burnoutβ€”so you can focus on what matters most: helping others, without losing yourself.
