As registered and regulated Psychotherapists we know how difficult it is to find and access ethical and evidence-based tools or therapy in the public domain. To become a Psychotherapist you must complete an undergraduate degree and then a masters degree in Psychotherapy, which requires you to be in two years (minimum) of personal therapy. We realised that this isn’t widely known and finding therapy tools or a therapist who is sufficiently skilled and regulated can be difficult, especially when this isn’t advertised or public knowledge! We want to be upfront, transparent and open so you know exactly who we are, what we offer and what training we have to back that up.

    You can be reassured that collectively we have over 20+ years of clinical experience and are trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Art Psychotherapy, Trauma Focussed CBT and EMDR. We are registered professionals, who abide by the Health Care Professionals Councils code of ethics, so you can be sure that what we do is ethical, honest and in the best interest of our clients.
