Trauma and Shame Processing Workbook | Overcome Shame workbook
✅ Trauma and shame workbook - Digital Trauma Workbook for adults ✅
Our trauma and shame workbook is designed to help you understand the root of your shame, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and thus enjoy a life free from shame.
Shame is a universal emotion that we all feel at some point in our lives. It's often taught to us by others, maybe a parent, at a young age where a belief is shared about who we are as a person, our character, way before we actually know who we are so are more impressionable. This negative belief is then internalised (meaning it becomes one of the blocks we use to build our sense of who we are as a person) and we carry this negative belief about who we are through out our life.
Rather than it being bad behaviour like "I did a bad thing", shame shows up as "I am a bad person". Shame cannot separate "bad" behaviour, which we all do sometimes, from being a "bad" person. When in reality, "bad" behaviour does not mean that you are a "bad" person who is undeserving of love and respect.

Why buy from Therapy Sisters?
All our resources are made with love by Chloe and Beth here at Therapy Sisters. As registered and regulated Psychotherapists we know how difficult it is to find and access ethical and evidence-based tools or therapy in the public domain. To become a Psychotherapist you must complete an undergraduate degree and then a masters degree in Psychotherapy, which requires you to be in two years (minimum) of personal therapy. We realised that this isn’t widely known and finding therapy tools or a therapist who is sufficiently skilled and regulated can be difficult, especially when this isn’t advertised or public knowledge! We want to be upfront, transparent and open so you know exactly who we are, what we offer and what training we have to back that up.
You can be reassured that collectively we have over 20+ years of clinical experience and are trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Art Psychotherapy, Trauma Focussed CBT and EMDR. We are registered professionals, who abide by the Health Care Professionals Councils code of ethics, so you can be sure that what we do is ethical, honest and in the best interest of our clients.
We have put many hours of work and experience into curating these resources because we recognised that not everyone can or wants to access traditional therapy. We hope our tools can help you or the young people you support, feeling empowered on your journey to better mental health.
